Villa Serenitas is about 130 square metres in size and has two large bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with bath/shower, where you can also use the hot water from the volcano. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the beautiful veranda, a TV and an armchair lounge. A beautiful floor-level travertine bathtub located at the back of the house. Outdoor barbecue. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. With a partially covered veranda/terrace of approx. 200 m².
Our guests have round-the-clock access to the beautiful and large volcanic hot water biopool, to the various pavilions and terraces scattered around the property and equipped with all amenities, as well as to the poolside barbecue.

The strategic location makes it easy to visit towns and beautiful places such as: Pitigliano (the little Jerusalem) 30 minutes by car, the thermal baths of Vulci 2 km away, Lake Bolsena 35 minutes, the nearby Tarquinia and Tuscania, Rome reachable in 70 minutes, not to mention the beautiful beaches in the north of the Tyrrhenian coast, such as Argentario, Talamone and Capalbio, and in the south such as the nearby Montalto Marina 10 minutes away, Riva dei Tarquini 15 minutes, which have very wide free and fully equipped beaches.
