The Solis Occasum (sunset) apartment is located on a small hill and is attached to the main family house. The 65 square meter first floor apartment Solis Occasum is suitable for 2-3 persons (1 bedroom 12 square meters, 1 living room with dining kitchen 24 square meters, 1 bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The eat-in kitchen has the following equipment: sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, stove with 2 ceramic hobs and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a beautiful shower tray, which can also be filled with warm volcanic water, a toilet and a washbasin. There is a washing machine in an adjoining room. There is a covered terrace measuring 2.50 x 10 m on the south side and another terrace measuring 4 x 3 m on the side where the sun sets. Incidentally, the sunsets here are beautiful. On a clear day, you can see, feel and almost touch the blue sea with your eyes.

The strategic location makes it easy to visit towns and beautiful places such as: Pitigliano (the little Jerusalem) 30 minutes by car, the thermal baths of Vulci 2 km away, Lake Bolsena 35 minutes, the nearby Tarquinia and Tuscania, Rome reachable in 70 minutes, not to mention the beautiful beaches in the north of the Tyrrhenian coast, such as Argentario, Talamone and Capalbio, and in the south such as the nearby Montalto Marina 10 minutes away, Riva dei Tarquini 15 minutes, which have very wide free and fully equipped beaches.
